Jenny’s practice focuses on providing strategic legal counsel to companies in commercial transactions, IP licensing, and general legal matters. She serves as a trusted advisor, ensuring that legal considerations align with business objectives while helping companies navigate complex legal challenges. Prior to Inceptiv, Jenny was Head of Legal for the Americas at Irdeto, a global leader in digital security solutions. In this role, she oversaw all legal matters for the region, including drafting key commercial contracts, negotiating complex technology transactions, managing risk and compliance across multiple regions, overseeing data privacy matters, and providing HR guidance, litigation counsel, and general in-house legal support. Jenny began her career in civil litigation at a boutique law firm in Chicago.
