Isaiah’s practice focuses on the representation of technology and life-science companies and venture capital investors in formation, financing, M&A, employee compensation and equity, commercial contracting, licensing and general corporate matters as a trusted legal and business advisor. Prior to Inceptiv, Isaiah managed his own practice, IDP Legal, and worked in business development roles at various early and late-stage startups, including Carta. Isaiah was the first legal hire at Belltower Fund Group, AngelList’s fund administration subsidiary where he scaled the legal function and helped launch Rolling Funds. Isaiah’s legal career started at O’Melveny & Myers LLP and Fenwick & West LLP, as a corporate associate at both firms.
