Ethan’s practice focuses on the representation of technology and life-science companies in formation, financing, M&A, employee compensation and equity, commercial contracting, licensing and general corporate matters as a trusted legal and business advisor. Prior to Inceptiv, Ethan was President and COO of Tiled, Inc., a venture capital-backed SaaS start-up enabling interactive brand experiences. Ethan previously served as General Counsel and VP Legal at ServiceNow, Inc., a NYSE-listed SaaS provider of workplace automation solutions, where he worked on sales transactions, private and public financings, including their IPO and follow-on offerings, SEC reporting, IP, privacy, international, and governance matters. Ethan’s legal career started at Cooley LLP, a multinational law firm headquartered in Palo Alto, CA, where he was a partner in the corporate securities group.
