Bainbridge’s practice includes all manner of corporate law issues, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He has over 20 years of corporate legal experience, representing various public and private companies in the software, media, telecom, energy, food products, healthcare, and other industries in various merger, acquisition, and disposition transactions valued from under $1 million to over $4 billion. Prior to joining the Inceptiv Team, Bainbridge has been a solo practitioner for 14 years, after spending 10 years as a corporate associate in the Dallas offices of Hughes & Luce LLP (a mid-size regional law firm, now part of K&L Gates LLP) and Hunton & Williams LLP (a full service international law firm, now part of Hunton Andrews Kurth).
